LVDDS offers two customized implant abutments. Custom abutments are available in titanium and zirconia with titanium base to fit your patients’ individual needs. When you prescribe custom abutments, a natural-looking emergence is designed using CAD/CAM technology to facilitate and optimize soft-tissue contours and crown esthetics. This precise interface ensures comfortable delivery of the final restoration and excellent gingival health.

BruxZir® Implant Prosthesis
- Constructed from 100% monolithic zirconia
- Maximum resistance to chips, stains and fractures

Constructed from 100% solid zirconia, the BruxZir® Implant Prosthesis is an esthetic, more durable alternative to the screw-retained acrylic hybrid denture. By permanently attaching to four or more dental implants, this full-arch restoration provides the same superior stability and function as the fixed hybrid denture, but with a monolithic construction that avoids the chips, stains and fractures that can compromise acrylic appliances. With superior fracture toughness and an average flexural strength of 1,150 MPa, BruxZir Zirconia is the ideal material for withstanding the functional stresses that full-arch restorations must endure. And yet, the material is wear-friendly to opposing dentition and hypoallergenic.
The restorative protocol for the BruxZir Implant Prosthesis is straightforward and similar to that of the screw-retained hybrid denture. A PMMA provisional implant prosthesis is included to ensure that the patient and doctor are satisfied with the prosthetic design before the final restoration is milled from monolithic zirconia. The result is a highly accurate, exceptionally strong, lifelike restoration.
